Data you send us through the contact form or by email: name, brand/company, website, email address, message and the project type you select.

Browsing data: like any website, the systems that run this site record some technical data (for example IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser type). It is needed for the site to work and to keep it secure.

Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a statistics service that does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It collects aggregated data (pages visited, referrer, device type) without profiling or identifying you.

To reply to your requests and, if you wish, prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To keep the site working and secure and to prevent abuse, such as automated form submissions — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

To measure, in aggregate form, how the site is used so we can improve it — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing the form data is optional, but without your name, email and message we cannot reply. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

Contact requests: for as long as needed to handle them and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract follows (in that case, for the period required by law).

Technical browsing data: for the limited time set by the technical providers, unless needed to investigate abuse or unlawful activity.

Statistics are kept in aggregate form only.

Data is processed by the controller and, on its behalf, by providers acting as data processors:

the website hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.); Resend, which delivers contact-form messages to the controller; Google (Gmail), which provides the mailbox; Cloudflare, for visitor statistics.

Data is never sold or published.

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework) for certified providers, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses.

This site does not use cookies or any other technology that stores information on your device — no profiling or third-party cookies, and no analytics cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner.

If we ever add tools that need them, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing, for data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to studio.kainomor@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali — www.garanteprivacy.it).
